A muri machine is an industrial machine used to produce muri, which is a type of puffed rice snack commonly consumed in South Asian countries such as India, Bangladesh, and Nepal. The machine typically consists of a series of interconnected components that work together to process the raw rice grains into the final puffed product. Once the soaked rice grains is dry, these are loaded into the muri machine, in which the grains are carried through a series of heating and pressurization chambers. The rice grains are heated rapidly, causing them to puff up and expand. The expanded rice is then collected and cooled before being packaged for sale.
